With over 30 years of recruitment experience, Compass specialises in recruitment for construction, internal fit-out, mechanical engineering and civil engineering.​​​​​​​
Showing global reach
Compass needed a new identity to keep pace with the company’s growth. They desired strong and efficient visuals which reflected their key industry recruitment areas of construction and engineering. Originally founded in the North of England, Compass had expanded internationally and wanted to reflect this global reach.
Attracting experts
Our goal was to avoid cliche compass imagery. Compass does not merely point people in the right direction. Instead, just as a real compass is attracted to the Earth’s magnetic poles, Compass attracts employers and employees. The planetary logo visualises this concept, extending the Earth’s axis at 23.5° off the media as if representing a path to Compass: the meeting point where professionals are drawn to.
